The Perseid meteor shower is the most amazing show in the summer sky it starts from 17th July and ends on 24th August. Usually the best time to see it is on 13th August when meteor shower at its peak, it will have around 150 meteors per hour, however this year we have full Moon on 12th August, and so the Moon light will block our view.
The best time to see the Perseid meteor shower is around the New Moon in the end of July and early August, go to somewhere that has low light pollution from Midnight to early morning. Meteor showers can appear anywhere in the night sky, so you can bring a chair or blanket to sit or lie down to enjoy the show.
